Major scope of the study is to facilitate the implementation of the preliminary study on Storm Water Drainage and Environment Improvement for Kalu Oya basin Project by means of the following Studies: o Review of the Storm Water Drainage improvement master plan formulated in 2003 for the CMR and the available literature at SLLR &DC o Identify priority flood measures based on the study o Preparation of an implementation programme for the priority works
